At Better Recharge, your satisfaction matters. This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order or
request a refund.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped for a full refund.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return as described below.
- To cancel, contact us at betterrechargecare@gmail.com with your order details.
2. Returns & Replacements
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective, or
- You received an incorrect item.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Please share clear photos
of the issue along with your order ID when raising a request.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
- Products that have been used, washed or damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Where applicable, refunds will include the product amount; shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of a damaged, defective or wrong item.
