The Company is a direct-selling entity. We sell tangible, genuine products (such as the Bio-Magnetic Hand Belt) at a defined price (MRP), inclusive of applicable taxes, and issue proper invoices for every sale. Products are sold directly to customers and through registered Direct Sellers.
Registered Direct Sellers earn commissions only on the genuine sale of products. The Company does not operate any money-circulation scheme, chit fund, or investment plan. There is no income merely for enrolment, and no promise of returns on a deposit.
All products are listed on our website with their price and key details. Each product carries genuine value and is supported by our Refund & Cancellation / Buy-back Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Direct Sellers and customers may return unused, marketable products in their original condition within the period stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Company honours applicable cooling-off and buy-back rights as required under the Direct Selling Rules, 2021.
The Company conducts its business in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and other applicable laws of India. We are committed to fair, transparent and ethical direct selling.
