3. Resolution Timeline

We acknowledge every complaint, typically within 48 hours of receipt.
We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days, in line with the Direct Selling Rules, 2021.
You will receive a unique reference and updates on the status of your complaint.

4. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer forum or authority under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
