Direct Seller Terms

These terms govern the relationship between LSPG EBOOKNOW SOULUUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Company") and its registered Direct Sellers, in line with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.

1. Becoming a Direct Seller

• You must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate KYC and bank details.
• Registration is on a voluntary basis. The Company does not charge any enrolment fee as a condition of earning income; any product purchased is for genuine use or resale at its stated value.
• A Direct Seller acts as an independent seller and is not an employee or agent of the Company.

2. Earnings

• Commissions are earned only on the genuine sale of products, as per the Company's published commission structure.
• There is no guaranteed income and no payment merely for enrolment or recruitment. Please read our Income Disclaimer.
• Eligible earnings are paid to your verified bank account as per the Company's payout cycle. Applicable taxes and statutory deductions may apply.

3. Products & Buy-Back

Products are sold at their stated price with genuine value. Direct Sellers may return unused, marketable products within the period and conditions of our Refund & Cancellation / Buy-back Policy, including any applicable cooling-off period.

4. Code of Conduct

• Do not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about products or potential income.
• Do not represent the opportunity as an investment or guaranteed-return scheme.
• Comply with all applicable laws, and represent the Company honestly and ethically.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the Direct Seller relationship as per these terms. The Company may suspend or terminate a Direct Seller who breaches this Code of Conduct or applicable law.
